Flax seed is also called Linseed. Flax seed oil is one of the nutritional plant oils of Jiashis Brand Products, which is obtained from natural processing of the seed of Linum usitatissimumL.

Nutritional Ingredients:  

Palmitic acid 4.0-7.0%, Stearic acid 3.2-5.8%, Oleic acid 13.0-25.0%, Linoleic acid 13.0-19.0%, Alpha Linolenic acid 43.0-60.0%.

Efficacy:

lpha linolenic acid is a kind substance of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, and can be able to catabolize directly in the body, the metabolites is part of cell membrane, and become an important structural material.
